Flexible rate

A deposit equal to 30% of the total amount of the reservation, is required in order to confirm it.
A full payment is required upon arrival, except if otherwise agreed in written with the Reservations Department.
Free cancellation up to 21 days prior to arrival.
50% of the total cost will be charged for cancellations 20 days or less prior to arrival.
In case of No-Show or Earlier Departure, the total amount of the reservation will be charged.

Non-refundable rate

Full prepayment is required at the time of booking.
No free cancellation is allowed for this rate, special conditions apply.
Please note, if cancelled, modified or in case of no-show, the prepayment in non-refundable.

Taxes and service charges

13.00 % VAT is included. 0.75 % city tax is included.

Excluded charges: Environmental Fee: 2.00 € per night.
